Yes. Docty allows you to consult with any doctor within your country. Go to the Search tab on My Dashboard and search for a doctor by name, location or specialty. The results will be displayed from all over the country.

To book an appointment, click on Consult Now if you want to consult a doctor on the same day. If you want to book an appointment for a later date, click on Schedule a Consultation. Select the profile (family member) for whom you want to book the appointment.

Take a quick health checkup if you wish to or skip the Symptom Checker by providing your symptoms. Choose a doctor of your preference from the list provided and click on Select Now. Pick the service you want to avail, then click on Select. Choose your slot and click on Schedule an Appointment to make your payment. Once payment has been processed, the doctor sends a confirmation of your request and you are ready for your appointment at the selected time.

Once you have picked the time slot for an appointment with a doctor, you will be redirected to choose a payment method powered by Razorpay. Enter your email id and phone number to proceed. Select the desired payment method followed by the payment merchant and enter your details to process the payment.

Go to My Dashboard and check the Scheduled Consultations box. Click on My History to bring up the Upcoming Appointments tab. Alternately, you can go to My Consultations tab on My Dashboard and check the Upcoming Appointments tab to see scheduled consultations.

Just click on Cancel and provide a reason for cancellation when asked if you are sure you want to cancel the request.

When you start a call, you first enter the waiting room. As soon as you are here, the doctor can see that you are online and start the call.

Yes. All doctors on Docty can write an e-prescription post the consultation call.

When your consultation ends with the doctor, the doctors are prompted to provide their diagnosis and write your prescription. It is a matter of few minutes before you will receive the prescription via Whatsapp or email depending on your mode of registration.
